Sinergy Budidaya runs the group's broiler farming through three companies: PT Karya Carma Gemilang, PT Swarna Jaya Mandiri and PT Mandung Kencana Sentosa. Farming began in January 2025 with the first unit in Madiun Regency and has since grown to 9 partnership units in 7 regions of East Java.
Partnerships with farmers follow a nucleus–plasma system managed by PT Mandung Kencana Sentosa, so partner farmers become part of an integrated ecosystem — from feed to cold-chain distribution.
